Attempted vehicle theft

Police are investigating an attempted theft of a motorbike that occurred in the early hours of 25/06/2026 at approximately 02:30 hrs on Greensome Lane, Doxey.

Three males were seen in the area, described as wearing dark tracksuits, balaclavas and gloves.

This incident may be linked to a white transit-type van seen nearby at the time.

We are asking residents to please remain vigilant. If you have CCTV, dashcam footage, or any information that could assist with enquiries, please contact police on 101, quoting reference 649/27/06.
